Refunds

14 days, no questions.

If Freshflo Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of paying and you'll get all of it back.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or use Contact Support in the app with your order number. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, which processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Within 14 days of a renewal payment, you can ask for that payment back too.

Lifetime licences

Refundable within 14 days of purchase. After a refund the licence key stops working.

The free version

Unlimited dictation on your own computer is free and stays free, so there's nothing to refund.

Last updated October 2026. Your legal rights as a consumer, such as statutory cancellation rights, are not affected.
