How the pieces fit

Architecture: audio, transcription and notes stay on the Mac; text goes to Nemotron 3 Super and Ultra on Nebius Token Factory; Tavily and Hermes Agent are optional. — Private on the Mac, Nemotron where it thinks.

Next step: one commitment and its context go to Nemotron 3 Ultra with three tools; it calls one, and the result waits for your approval. — Nemotron picks the tool. You approve the result.

Hermes Agent on Nemotron 3 Ultra reads commitments over Freshflo's MCP server and queues proposals for approval. — The agent proposes. Only you can send.

Privacy: audio never leaves the Mac; only relevant text reaches Nemotron. — Audio never leaves your Mac.

The right Nemotron for each job

Following Nebius' guidance: the fast tier for everyday calls so the app stays instant, the large one where judgment matters.

Stays on NVIDIA if ids change. If a model id is retired, Freshflo reads Token Factory's live /models list and picks a Nemotron of the same tier.
Tool calling that works either way. Freshflo reads OpenAI-style tool_calls, and Nemotron's own <TOOLCALL> text when an endpoint doesn't parse calls.
Dates on the Mac, meaning in the model. “By next Wednesday” is dated by deterministic code; Nemotron decides what's the same promise and what's done. A reply can merge items but never drop one.

Freshflo is the memory; a Hermes Agent on Nemotron 3 Ultra is the hands. Every weekday morning it reads your open commitments over MCP, opens the meeting each came from, and queues the email or reminder that moves it forward. Run it on your Mac, or inside an NVIDIA NemoClaw / OpenShell sandbox where network access is denied by default and credentials never enter the sandbox.

Checked against labelled meetings, not vibes

An eval of seven hand-labelled scenarios, each aimed at one way commitment tracking goes wrong, scores how well Nemotron merges, closes and dates commitments, and how fast.
